Postdoctoral Research Associate
A postdoctoral research associate position is available immediately in the Ren laboratory at University of California at San Francisco (UCSF). The qualified candidate will participate in ongoing research projects. The successful candidate should have a Ph.D. degree, be highly motivated, and have an interest in biochemistry and structural biology. Experience in protein expression and purification will be an advantage. Research interest in the Ren Laboratory is to study the lipoprotein structure in cholesterol metabolism by electron cryo-microscopy (Cryo-EM).

Summer Students
Several internship positions (part time and/or volunteer student) as research assistants are available in the Ren laboratory at University of California at San Francisco (UCSF). The qualified candidate will participate in ongoing research projects to enhance their knowledge and experience in biology research. The successful candidate should be a current student (undergraduate or post graduate) in biology, physics, mathmatics or computer science with good school course records and strong motivation/interest in biochemistry and structure biology. No previous experience is required.
