"To all those of you who have noticed that the carboxy terminal oxygen atoms do not get displayed (we call it OT1 and OT2 - for X-PLOR here) - here is a easy way to get it displayed. Just added two lines at the end of every residue name in your connectivity file e.g., all.dat)
CONNECT C OT1
CONNECT C OT2.
This will do nothing to residues which are not at the C-terminal end."
