The question was: "Is there a way to generate symmetry related copies of objects drawn in sketch? Can these symmetry related molecules be drawn in a different color?"

If you used symm_sphere to generate the symmetry-related molecules, these exist as real molecules in your database. You can therefore sketch and colour them any way you like.
