Q.713 - How do I combine maps from different crystals/crystal forms ?

The quick-but-dirty way to do this is with MAPMAN. The proper way to do it is as follows:

1. apply Wilson scaling in DATAMAN to bring both sets of Fobs on the same temperature factor scale
2. calculate maps
3. if they are in different crystal forms, use MAVE to bring all maps on the same grid
4. run COMAP to combine the maps
