MAPFIX is usually not necessary if you do your ffts in P1 (it's only needed sometimes by SFALL)
if the density gets worse, make sure the operators are the right way around (i.e. FROM mol A --TO--> mol B), spacegroup operators & the mask less likely: missed NCS, i.e. you think you have two-fold ncs but you really have three-fold ncs
