While I am trying to make a mask from a bones file, the origin and the extent of the mask are calculated by the program in spite of new information I previously typed in (new default values). Therefore, when I feed the mask into the 'DM' program after the mask format conversion by mama2ccp4, I get an error message 'mask larger than the unit cell'. How can I have the mask with my desired origin and extent? When I use 'new unit_cell', the origin and the extent do not change, and when I use 'new copy', the default values are applied, but the mask doesn't look right when inspected.

It is a lot different from the one before. What is the proper way of making a mask. Is there another way to make a mask form a bones file, which can be used for 'DM' program. Any comments are appreciated. Thanks,
