It depends on what you have to start with. The protocol should hopefully be obvious from the ccp4i ARP/wARP interface. The data extending to higher than 2.0 Å the fast REFMAC parameter setup should be fine, otherwise please use slow. All parameters can be adjusted manually and experimented with in the REFMAC parameters setup panel, although default settings sdhould do for most cases.
