Temporary directories are created to store all output file such as maps, intermediate models, CCP4 logfiles - the naming convention is based on the job name. These directories are deleted automatically on successful job termination. All logfiles can be accessed through the GUI and this is the recommended method for monitoring job progress. Please note that you can not view graphs via the 'View Log Graphs' button. Instead you have to select the job_name.loggraph file and it should automatically display a graph. We will address this problem in the future together with the CCP4 staff.
