You are using a version of O which differs from (is newer than) the version which was last used to save your database. Either read the new startup.o and menu.o files, or execute the automatic update macro which is on the server (e.g., to upgrade from O 5.9 to O 5.10, you would use file://rose.bmc.uu.se/pub/o/update_5.10.omac).
