Category: S.832 - datablock
See the ODBMAN manual for some suggestions. ODBMAN
contains tools for:
- analysing individual datablocks
- simple math operations on datablocks
- correlating sets of two datablocks
- plotting a single datablock
- generating a scatter plot from two datablocks
- "translating" datablocks
- setting specific values in a datablock
- compressing text datablocks
- extracting datablocks from formatted files (e.g.,
X-PLOR and PROCHECK output files)
Some of the things you can do with ODBMAN with a little creativity:
- colour your molecule in the colours of the Dutch flag
- convert YASSPA output into a NUMERICAL datablock (which you
can then use in CricketGraph to plot your secondary structure
and RS-fit values in one drawing, for example)
