The recommended method to run ARP/wARP 6.0 is through the CCP4 graphical user interface. We have extended the CCP4i to provide full control of all relevant ARP/wARP parameters. The GUI is designed to be as self-explanatory as possible whilst giving the user all the necessary flexibility. The overall design follows the CCP4 GUI theme and should be 'obvious' to any ccp4i users. See the CCP4 pages for details.
